What is a shell build?
Our shell builds begin with a durable concrete slab foundation, with an optional pier and beam upgrade for added robustness. These structures feature exterior walls constructed 16 inches on center, wrapped in an effective air infiltration barrier, and clad with stylish LP SmartSide siding. Our shell builds provide a sturdy, weather-resistant base, ready for you to customize into your perfect tiny home.

What's Included?
Constructed Shell Components
1. Concrete slab foundation or (pier and beam foundation at additional cost)

2. 1/2" x 10" anchor bolts to secure to concrete slab
3. Roughed-in plumbing (some restrictions)
4. Sill sealer gasket under bottom plate (exterior wall only)
5. Exterior stud walls are constructed 16” O.C., featuring a single bottom plate and a double top plate. If constructed on a slab, the bottom plate is treated. These walls are then sheathed with 7/16” OSB, wrapped with an air infiltration barrier, and clad with LP SmartSide board and batten siding.
