There are instances where the wide lip of the poly liner neatly fits into the steel tank without extending above it. This is typically when the steel tank's diameter accommodates the liner's lip width. Regardless of the variation, it won't impact the pool's functionality. It's possible to encounter minor imperfections due to the manufacturing or transit processes, which are beyond our control. There may be occasional scratches or dents that are inevitable. Given that galvanized steel stock tanks are transported in nested sets of three, the precise dimensions of each tank can fluctuate by 2-6 inches.
